In this Age of Consciousness, in massive numbers, we are making the journey from our heads to our hearts and it is the heart that will lead the mind in this next era. This journey from our head to the heart is for most of us one of the longest and most challenging journeys we will ever make, but it is worth it. The rewards of this journey for us personally and collectively are beyond measure & beyond imagination.

 True power comes from the heart and from this place we are powerful beyond measure!

Transformation and authentic living is led from our hearts, but for the most part, it is our mind, particularly the subconscious mind, that is running our behaviour from moment to moment. It is estimated that over 95% of our behaviour comes automatically from “programming” in our subconscious. Most of this programming comes from experiences we have had in our childhood and for the most part works well for us. But what about those “limiting programs” or beliefs that keep you from fulfillment and joy? Are you running belief programs like: “Not good enough? Not worthy? Not smart enough?
