Emotional resilience means you have an awareness of your emotional states and have the ability to transcend emotional pain and grief. You recognize that life adversity is a temporary state of affairs and know that things will get better. You have the ability to prepare for emotional emergencies, and the ability to quickly release emotional states that limit your true potential without unhealthy suppression.
Traditional psychology often treats emotional issues through various forms of "talk therapy" or will attempt to manage the symptoms using drugs. Talk therapy can take a very long time and often does not resolve the issue. Drugs only mask the symptoms. There are faster, more effective and empowering ways for you to achieve emotional resilience with lasting results!
Transition and change just happen in life and most of these events are beyond our immediate control. However, you can control how you respond to change.
