Find Out What Beliefs Limit You!
Would you like to find out what beliefs are limiting you? Here's how...
1. Have a look at some of the belief statements we have prepared for you. They are split up into several life categories(links are in the top right column). You might try choosing a life category where you would most like to see improvement in your life.
2. Once you have chosen a category, then choose a belief from that page.
3. Check in to see how you feel about the belief you have chosen. Is it a belief that you feel is supporting you in your life or something you do not experience?
4. Next, try muscle-testing the belief to see if your subconscious mind is supporting that belief or not.
Muscle Testing gives direct access to your subconscious!
You can actually find out which subconscious beliefs are limiting you through a simple process called Muscle Testing. Muscle Testing establishes a convenient communication system with the subconscious mind, and when used properly, can be an accurate detector of subconscious truths. Because the subconscious mind controls motor functions in the body, such as muscle movement, we can use this "built in" biofeedback mechanism to find out when the subconscious mind agrees or disagrees with a given statement. If you test WEAK to a statement, you have discovered a belief that is NOT supported by your subconscious mind and therefore is not supporting success and happiness in that area of your life.
